- Visit Aru Valley, Betab Valley & Chandanwari Valley in Pahalgam (Union Cab).
- Any meals other than those specified in cost includes.
- Any expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstance like flight delay / cancellation / hike in fare, strike, or any other natural calamities or any emergency evacuation expenses.
- Expenses of personal nature such as tips, telephone calls, laundry, liquor etc.
- Cable car / pony ride in Gulmarg, Pahalgam & Sonamarg.
- Transfer by chain Jeep/Union Cab from Tangmarg to Gulmarg, Gulmarg to Tangmarg during sightseeing.
- Drung Waterfall, Bota Pathri through pony ride (at your own expense).

- Houseboat and hotel check-in/out times follow property rules; early/late arrivals are subject to availability.
